This program provides a shortcut to connecting people deeply, acting jointly and getting results effectively. It consists of four modules, which include cutting edge knowledge.
Module 1
Challenging Conversations
People have different skills and perspectives. They come from all walks of live. To create effective collaboration constant alignment is required. This is a time-consuming task for every manager. Saving time and resources is key.
Module 2
Making Good Teams Great
Not only the individual skill level defines the quality of a team. It is foremost the way how they interact, overcome adversity, find solutions, make decisions and create impact – jointly. To establish such a quality the manager navigates the team through its life cycle.
Module 3
Creating Value at the Interfaces
Success of people in organizations depends on the effectiveness of interactions at the interfaces. People with different agendas, who need to align, hit a crossroad. They have the choice between creating value or wasting time and resources.
Module 4
Personal Mastery
Success begins within each and every individual. Living a meaningful life, protecting your families, caring for friends, making your surroundings a pleasant place to be. This requires inner strength, awareness and a reliable internal compass to navigate the flow of life.
Format and Fee Structure
Format
4 Modules which start with one-to-one-conversations. The purpose is to master advanced people tools in less complex scenarios. From there the program expands to the more complex situations of teams and interfaces. Finally, we focus on the individual and personal mastery.
Modules 2 and 3 require the completion of Module 1.

Senior Faculty and Number of Participants:
In order to work effectively with all participants we always provide 2 senior faculties. The maximum number participants: 18.
Fee Structure:
As Academy we charge a fee per Person and per Day.
