Dr. Georg Michalik
Georg Michalik works as an Organizational Psychologist, Leadership Developer and Coach. For 20 years he is helping managers to become better leaders. In his role as a coach and leadership developer he supports executives in situations of conflict resolution, positioning in the organization and in advancing in their leadership role in all regions of the world. As an expert in organizational development his focus is in establishing co-creative cultures.
Georg led the leadership and learning departments of multinational companies. Therefore, he knows how large organizations work by heart. He owns a Master in Psychology of the University of Mannheim and a PhD in Psychology of the University of Zurich. He is a German and Swiss citizen and lives with his wife and three children near Zurich.
Manuel Jork
Manuel Jork is a consultant and coach for corporate clientele on senior management level, specialized in creating value at interfaces, managing transition and navigating managers through complex scenarios. He is focused on overcoming strategy-execution-blocker to create sustainable results in organizations. In 1982 he received his university law degree from Free University of Berlin and started his career as labour lawyer and HR Manager in the cable, beverage and logistics industry in Germany. Since 2000 he is self-employed, first consulting and coaching entertainment industry clientele in Los Angeles. Now based in Germany and Switzerland he develops and delivers global leadership programs to connect cultural diversity and create common grounds for worldwide cooperation. Manuel’s expertise includes negotiation skills, systemic family therapy and NLP on master level.
Prof. Dr. Nello Gaspardo
Prof. Dr. Nello Gaspardo Worked for 23 years as a full professor for Communication, International Negotiations and Leadership at the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University in Reutlingen (Germany), and as a visiting professor in USA, India and Italy. In 2008, he received the State Teaching Award for Innovative Teaching. In 2018, he wrote a book about interpersonal communication customized for managers and leaders. He works as a trainer for several multinational companies in the field of Negotiation, Conflict Management and Leadership. After graduating from secondary education, he studied Agricultural Economics at the University of Munich and owned his PhD in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Marburg. He speaks fluently 5 languages and lives in the South of Germany.
Steen Lykke Rasmussen
Steen Lykke Rasmussen is an expert in organizational dynamics with deep insights in human behavior and many years of experience in most of the needed business disciplines. He uses a holistic / systemic management and leadership approach for high-complex problem solving and team building. The approach he uses has been successfully implemented in more than 90 companies in 13 countries during the last 22 years.
Steen has a M.Sc. in Corporate Strategy and Marketing of the Copenhagen Business School. He owned the position as CEO of the E.H. Rasmussen Group. He is Owner, Chairman of the board of DanSolar Energy and Founder / Partner of New Way Consulting.
Tobias Wegenast
Tobias Wegenast is fascinated by the complexity of human relationships and considers them to be the most important catalyst for personal growth. The focus of his work as a facilitator and trainer lies in designing and implementing Leadership Development Programs and theme-based Trainings that are on the dividing line between skills- and personal development. He calls this the “growing edge”. Tobias holds a MSc. in Economics and Organizational Psychology of the University of Berne (Switzerland). He has an extensive background in Gestalt Practice and NLP, is certified in various Psychometric Test instruments and assessment tools and is a DBVC accredited Executive Coach. Prior to his current status, Tobias was an Associated Director in the reinsurance industry. Since the year 2000 he works independently. He moderates internationally in German and English. In his free time Tobias is an avid world traveler and Scuba Diver.
